Rear Axle Covers for Kawasaki, Suzuki, Hyabusa and Yamaha Bikes
On most factory bikes the rear wheel axle nuts are left exposed giving the rear wheel an unfinished look. With the axle nuts and cotter pins exposed the rear wheel assembly spoils the look of the bike. Even the after market companies paid little attention to this area for a period of time.

Because of the different diameters and depth of rear axle mounting nuts each different brand name requires a different size cover. In addition there is a difference between the brake side and the sprocket side on standard rear wheels. This difference requires that each side is machined differently. While some rear axle covers are made to use a set screw to keep in place Eye Candy Cycle Designs decided to use a threaded rod going thru the axle. This method insures a solid mounting that is not subject to come loose and fall off the bike.
